Software License Agreement

1. Scope of License

EAGuard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the software on devices you control for EA monitoring and management. Limits such as bound devices, EA instances, cloud copy sources and seats are defined by your subscription plan (Free / Pro / Flagship / Organization).

The license covers normal use of the software only; it does not include investment advice or any guarantee of trading results.

2. Installation & Activation

1. The official installer is EAGuard-1.0.0-x64.exe; obtain it only from the Download page. Risks from third-party installers are borne by the user.
2. Licenses bind to your account and device. Flagship supports seat assignment; see Organization plan terms.
3. Offline environments can activate via a generated request code; one device holds one active activation at a time.
4. View, unbind and rebind devices under Account · License Management; quotas follow your plan.

3. Usage Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by law or agreed in writing by us, you shall not:

1. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or attempt to obtain its source code;
2. remove or alter copyright, trademark or license notices;
3. circumvent instance, device, seat or feature limits;
4. redistribute, resell, rent or host the software under a third-party brand;
5. abuse the software or Marketplace APIs for scraping, volume faking or fake performance display.

4. EAs & Strategy Content

Your EAs, indicators and scripts in MT4/MT5 remain yours; EAGuard provides monitoring and — only with your explicit authorization — controlled remote actions. Trading data stays on your machine by default and is not uploaded.

Marketplace strategies are provided by third-party authors and shown after review; subscription, profit-share and performance terms follow the strategy detail page and the Risk Disclaimer. Control actions (parameter push, one-click close) complete when the command reaches the terminal; trading results are not guaranteed.

5. Data & Privacy

Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy. Keep your credentials safe and report any compromise via a support ticket promptly.

6. Term, Renewal & Termination

Subscription licenses are valid for the paid cycle; renewal follows the Auto-renewal Terms. We may suspend or terminate the license for material breach; fees already paid are not refunded upon termination for breach. Voluntary cancellation and refunds are covered in section 5 of the Auto-renewal Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Liability Cap

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. the software is not investment advice and guarantees no profit; it is not liable for misuse of automation features;
2. we are not liable for interruptions caused by vendor interface changes, disconnection, outages, data-feed anomalies or force majeure;
3. our cumulative liability under this agreement is capped at the subscription fees you actually paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law & Contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China; disputes not resolved by negotiation go to the competent court at our place of business. For interpretation, licensing or issues use the Help Center / tickets.
